AI Training for Teams

Your team is using AI. Make sure they're using it safely.

Flat $2,500. 4 hours. No discovery call to see the price.

Who this is for

Owners and managers of 3–25 person teams who want their staff to use AI without creating new risks. Especially valuable for healthcare, dental, legal, professional services, financial, bookkeeping, contracting, and property management teams.

Problem we solve

Half your team is already using ChatGPT or Claude for client work. The other half is afraid to. Nobody has agreed on what's safe, what's smart, what needs review, and what could create a serious problem six months from now.

What you walk out with

  • A simple do/don't decision framework everyone can use without phoning a manager.
  • A 25-prompt starter library tuned to your industry — not generic ChatGPT screenshots.
  • A workflow checklist for deciding what to automate, what to assist, and what to leave manual.
  • A 1-page internal AI use policy draft you can adapt with your attorney or compliance officer.
  • A reusable AI task assistant each attendee builds during the session for a recurring workflow they handle every week.
  • Printable cheat-sheets for every attendee.
  • A 30-60-90 day adoption plan worksheet for rolling this out across the team.
  • A Certificate of Completion for every attendee — LinkedIn-shareable.
  • A 30-minute follow-up Q&A two weeks later, once your team has actually used the material.

Who this is for

Owners and managers of 3–25 person teams who want their staff to use AI without creating new risks.

Especially valuable for:

  • Healthcare and dental practices
  • Legal and professional services firms
  • Financial, bookkeeping, and admin teams
  • Contractors and property management companies

The problem we solve

Your team is already using AI unevenly.

One person is using ChatGPT to draft client emails. Another is pasting sensitive customer notes into a free AI tool. A third refuses to touch AI because they’re afraid of making a mistake.

That creates three problems:

  • Risk. Sensitive client, employee, or financial information leaks into tools you don’t control.
  • Inconsistency. Everyone uses different tools, different prompts, different standards.
  • Wasted time. Useful workflows never improve because nobody has a safe process to build on.

KV Intelligence helps your team agree on the rules before AI use turns into chaos.

What you actually learn

Five modules across the 4-hour session, with live Q&A throughout.

1. AI safety + risks for SMBs

What can go wrong when staff paste client data, financial details, employee information, or confidential business notes into AI tools — and how to set guardrails without banning the tools outright.

2. Tool selection framework

How to tell paid-for-good-reason apart from paid-for-marketing. A scoring rubric your team keeps and uses every time someone asks “should we buy this AI tool?“

3. Workflow design — capture, route, respond

The three-step pattern behind most useful business automations, taught with real examples: lead intake, customer follow-up, internal requests, document handling.

4. Promptcraft + hands-on Claude / ChatGPT for daily admin

Live practice with prompts that hold up — drafting emails, summarizing calls, writing follow-ups, creating checklists, organizing messy information, preparing meeting notes. Includes a live build segment: each attendee leaves with a reusable AI task assistant for a real recurring workflow they handle every week (front-desk triage, intake forms, client follow-ups, or similar).

5. Measuring ROI + next steps

What to track, what to ignore, and how to know whether AI is actually saving time or just feeling productive. Closes with the 30-60-90 day adoption plan worksheet — what happens in the first month, the second, and the third after the workshop ends.

Who’s teaching this

The workshop curriculum was designed by Karl Auguste, founder of KV Intelligence — an AI automation agency based in South Florida. Karl builds practical AI systems for small businesses, including voice agents that handle appointment confirmations, multi-system automations connecting CRMs to invoicing, and AI operating workflows that help teams manage business activity through tools like Telegram. Recent client work spans electrical contracting and commercial construction.

He built this curriculum because most of what he sees on client engagements is not really an AI problem — it is a “no one agreed on the rules” problem. That is solvable in four hours.

Starter Workshops are delivered by trained KV Intelligence instructors using this curriculum. Pro Programs and Custom Curriculums are led by Karl personally.

Booth presence

A printed cheat-sheet from Module 4 is on the table. The full 30-slide deck is on the laptop — flip through any module on request. No live demo; this is a content product, and we treat it that way.

FAQ

My team isn't technical. Will they actually keep up? +

Yes. The workshop assumes no prior AI experience. Module 4 is hands-on with the same chat tools your team already has open in another tab — we just teach them how to use those tools without breaking anything. If someone can write an email, they can keep up.

We already use ChatGPT every day. Isn't this too basic? +

Probably not. "Using ChatGPT" and "using ChatGPT well, safely, and consistently across a team" are different things. The workshop is less about button-clicking and more about decisions — what's safe to paste, which tasks AI is bad at, how to evaluate a tool before paying for it. Teams already using AI daily usually leave with the most policy gaps closed.

What's the pricing for larger teams? +

Starter is $2,500 flat for up to 6 attendees, with additional attendees at $250 each up to a 12-person cap. For groups larger than 12, book the Free AI Opportunity Scan — the Pro Program is usually a better fit at that size and includes deeper customization.

Who actually delivers the workshop? +

Starter Workshops are delivered by trained KV Intelligence instructors using the curriculum Karl Auguste designed. Pro Programs and Custom Curriculums are led by Karl personally. Either way, the materials, frameworks, and deliverables are the same — the difference is the level of customization and ongoing involvement.

In-person or virtual? +

Both. In-person anywhere in South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach). Virtual anywhere via Zoom or Google Meet. The hands-on module works equally well in either format.

Do you sign NDAs? +

Yes. Send yours over before the session and we'll execute it. We sign NDAs from regulated-industry clients as standard practice — healthcare, legal, financial advisory, property management.

Will my team learn Claude, ChatGPT, or something else? +

Both Claude and ChatGPT by default, because they're the two tools your team is most likely to touch. If you use Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or a vertical tool like Harvey, mention it during the scan call and we'll adjust Module 4.

Do you cover compliance for HIPAA, FINRA, or similar? +

At a high level in the Starter Workshop — enough to keep your team from making the obvious mistakes. For deeper policy work, vendor review, and regulated-industry workflows, that belongs in the Custom Curriculum tier — and the output should be reviewed by your attorney or compliance officer before adoption.

Do you help us write our AI policy? +

Starter includes a 1-page internal AI use policy draft. You should review it with your attorney, compliance officer, or leadership team before adopting it. Pro and Custom include deeper policy work.
